Sonarr Install Issues

I'm trying to install Sonarr using the AtoMiC-ToolKit. The download from the repo is extremely slow (bytes per second) and halts after a few minutes. I have been trying for a few days to get this installed but get the same issue each time.

This is the progress after an hour or two, with the download restarting several times:

0 to upgrade, 301 to newly install, 0 to remove and 4 not to upgrade.
Need to get 32.8 MB/118 MB of archives.
After this operation, 393 MB of additional disk space will be used.

Running Ubuntu Server 16.10
I am located in Australia and my connection is 10Mb/s.
Have installed SABnzbd, Couchpotato, Mylar, Headphones, Transmission with no issues, with the download speed running normal.

Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it?
