Sonarr update via AtoMiC-ToolKit

Hi - the toolkit is a godsend and has made the setup of my media server so very easy. One thing that I am not sure about though is updating Sonarr. As you most likely know you cannot update from within the Sonarr GUI as you get an error "Startup folder not writable..."

If I just rerun the Tool-Kit installer will it upgrade Sonarr but leave my database and settings etc intact?
