Toolkit setup issues

I'm running the toolkit on a fresh install of Ubuntu server 15.10.  I cloned from Git and ran it using sudo ./setup.sh as noted in the instructions.  It was a week or so between the clone and when I went to run setup, so the first thing I did was run the update (option 01).  It completed it's checks but didn't actually install anything, but when I went to run the setup again to actually install the various programs, it doesn't do anything.  

Repro:

1. run sudo ./setup.sh
2. At the notice screen, type 'y' followed by Enter
3. Program exits with the following text:
"If this script worked for you, please visit http://www.htpcBeginner.com and like/follow us.
Thank you for using the AtoMiC ToolKit from http://www.htpcBeginner.com."
